The Postpartum Reset: Recovery and Support Group
Alyssa Cook, LMFT #145095
Lauryn Lucido, LMFT #135907
Adjusting to life after welcoming a baby can bring a wide range of emotions, from joy, to exhaustion, to anxiety, to grief, to identity shifts, to overwhelm, and more. The postpartum support group is designed to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can connect with others navigating similar experiences while receiving professional support.
In an effort to make postpartum care more accessible, this group is co-facilitated in collaboration with Lauryn Lucido, LMFT of Turning Tides Trauma Therapy and is offered a few times throughout the year.

How to Join the Support Group
To ensure this support group is a good fit for your needs, participation begins with a brief screening and consultation process.
Please complete both forms below:
A brief interest form
The Edinburgh Postnatal depression Scale (EPDS) screening questionnaire
Once both forms are submitted, we will reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether this support group is the right level of support for you at this time.
All screening responses are reviewed confidentially and are used solely to support appropriate group placement.
Important Note About the EPDS
The EPDS is a screening tool, not a diagnostic assessment. If you are currently experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, please contact your healthcare provider, call 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.
